Later, at Brown University she studied acting as well as at Juilliard School, after which the career of her choice took off. Beginning her career at the Broadway following her graduation, she debuted on film in just two years, and then on television within a year. She has been featured on a number of television, film and stage shows since that time. There were many awards she received over the course of her career such as the four Primetime Emmy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards. However, despite all the accolades, her love for theater is still there in her, and she still performs onscreen and onstage.
