Noureen DeWulf, born 28 February 1984 in New York City. She was always interested in becoming an actor. When she was enrolled at Boston University School of the Arts and Performing Arts, she started laying the foundations to pursue her dream career. Noureen then began to audition for roles in various films. In 2005 she obtained a prominent role in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and was shown at various festivals across the globe. Also, it received an Oscar nomination for Best Live Action Short Film during the 79th Annual Academy Awards in the year 2007. This was the beginning of Noureen DeWulf's fame. Noureen has since played in TV shows such as Girlfriends, Chuck and Outsourced. The actress became famous in 1999, when her role of American Beauty gained worldwide recognition. Then, she starred in the well received movie Ghost World (2001), that earned her the Golden Globe nomination.
