Noureen DeWulf was born on the 28th of February 1984 on February 28, 1984 in New York City. Her passion for acting was never fading. being an actress. Her career began when she attended the School of the Arts at Boston University. After graduating, Noureen started to audition for different roles. She was cast in 2005. was cast in an important role for an upcoming film titled West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered in 2005 at Sundance Film Festival, but it was also shown at other festivals throughout the world. In 2007, it was awarded the Oscar to be the Best Live Action Short Film. As a young child, Thora Birch starred in a variety of films in the 90s including the films All I Want For Christmas (1991), Patriot Games (1992), Hocus Pocus ( 1993), Now and Then( 1995) and Alaska( 1995). She came to prominence in 1999 when she received worldwide attention and praise for her performance on American Beauty. She then went on to appear in Ghost World (2002), which garnered a lot of praise, and earned her a Golden Globe nomination.
