Richard Bruce Cheney is the father of Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born on the 30th of January 1941, in Lincoln Nebraska. The family moved to Casper, Wyoming with his family in the year 13 when he turned thirteen. The father of his was employed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and directed the soil conservation district in Casper.
